ANOTHER Thing I agree with in the Times!

Hell must be getting colder because Dan Okrent, the outgoing "Public Editor"(ie Ombudsman) of the NY Times says what everyone who can read and think objectively has been saying for years, that "Op-Ed columnist Paul Krugman has the disturbing habit of shaping, slicing and selectively citing numbers in a fashion that pleases his acolytes but leaves him open to substantive assaults". He also says Maureen Dowd had been wrong about Alberto Gonzales position on the Geneva Conventions for two months after the Times admitted it's own error (The "quaint" complaint, as it were). It's a shame he's leaving, but his final column, linked above, has all sorts of interesting tidbits for liberals and conservatives to chew on. Good stuff.
